Data center issues have been corrected and will take 1-2hrs to replicate world-wide.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. We have requested an update from our data center and are awaiting a response.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. Our data center has reported the entire IP block our server is on is down. They have engaged their ISP for resolution.

We have identified that our server has lost data connectivity at the data center. We have verified the server is still running but it does not have data connectivity. We have engaged our data center to investigate.

We have identified issues with our credentials server and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our hosting company has resolved the issue by changing our IP address. This appears to have resolved the issue but replication may take a couple of hours to replicate to all users.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. Our hosting provider is still having issues with our block of IP addresses. We have requested they move us to a new IP block to restore service. This is not an ideal solution but it is better than nothing.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. Our hosting company has identified the IP block we are in is not routing traffic properly. They are continuing to investigate with no ETR.

Server is unreachable. We have raised a ticket with data center.
